The key element in maintaining the appearance of your vehicle is washing. Our objective when valeting your vehicle is to make your vehicle look as good as it possibly can without any paint correction. In order to achieve and maintain a perfect shine, you must protect it from natural deterioration and dullness that occurs over time as well as introducing new defects by bad washing techniques.
Washing your vehicle can be very simple if you use the correct methodologies and products that work. Here at KDS we have tried and tested many different products and make a decision based on your vehicles condition. The only way to keep your vehicle “as new” is to follow a consistent three step routine; Clean, Polish and Protect.

This is our fundamental service, which consists of a methodical bodywork wash, alloy wheels cleaned, glass cleaned and dry. We still use the same high quality products as we do for all our detailing treatments. This is ideally a weekly or bi-weekly wash.
- Vehicle rinsed to remove any loose contamination
- Wheels cleaned with alloy wheel cleaner
- Washed with a PH neutral shampoo using 2 bucket method*
- Vehicle rinsed once again to remove shampoo
- Dried using specialist drying towels
- Glass cleaned outside
- Final inspection to make sure your car meets our high standards

Time: 15 - 40 minutes
* The two bucket method solves the problem of dirt scratching your valuable paintwork. One bucket has the soapy water for washing. The second bucket has the rinse water for the rinsing of the wash mitt. Inside each bucket are Grit Guards, these help separate the dirt particles from your wash mitt preventing dirt from being dragged across the paint finish of your car.
This stage 2 valet is the start of our deeper clean service, consisting of an 11 step process. This includes a detailed bodywork clean with snow foam pre wash, alloy wheels cleaned, interior dusted. This type of valet would be on a monthly basis.
- Vehicle rinsed to remove any loose contamination
- Snow Foam pre wash applied and left to dwell for 5 mins
- Vehicle rinsed again to remove Snow Foam
- Wheels cleaned with alloy wheel cleaner
- Washed with a PH neutral shampoo using 2 bucket method*
- Vehicle rinsed once again to remove shampoo
- Dried using specialist drying towels
- Interior dusted
- Any litter removed
- Glass cleaned outside
- Final inspection to make sure your car meets our high standards

Time: 30 - 90 minutes
This stage 3 valet is our benchmark service, consisting of a 19 step process. This includes a detailed bodywork clean, wheels cleaned and dressed, interior cleaned and vacuumed and paintwork protected using high quality wax/sealant. This type of valet would be on a quarterly basis.
- Vehicle rinsed to remove any loose contamination
- Snow Foam pre wash applied and left to dwell for 5 mins
- Panel gaps and badges cleaned
- Vehicle rinsed again to remove Snow Foam
- Wheels cleaned with alloy wheel cleaner
- Wheel arches washed
- Washed with a PH neutral shampoo using 2 bucket method*
- Vehicle rinsed once again to remove shampoo
- Dried using specialist drying towels
- Interior vacuumed
- Interior dusted
- Any litter removed
- Glass cleaned outside
- Glass cleaned inside
- Carlack 68 long life sealant is applied
- Sealant removed to leave long lasting protection
- Tyres Dressed
- Layer of detailing spray applied
- Final inspection to make sure your car meets our high standards

Time: 2 - 5 hours
The ultimate valet, cleaned and protected. This is a very thorough and long lasting treatment, ideally as a one off or bi-yearly treatment. This stage 4 valet consists of a 23 step process which includes bodywork deep clean, interior vacuumed, cleaned and protected, glassed cleaned inside and out, paintwork is protected with pre-selected wax/sealant and so much more.
- Vehicle rinsed to remove any loose contamination
- Lower third sprayed with a non-caustic traffic film remover and then rinsed
- Snow Foam pre wash applied and left to dwell for 5 mins
- Panel gaps and badges cleaned
- Vehicle rinsed again to remove Snow Foam
- All door shuts, hinges and surrounds pre sprayed and cleaned
- Wheels cleaned with alloy wheel cleaner
- Wheel arches washed
- Washed with a PH neutral shampoo using 2 bucket method*
- Vehicle rinsed once again to remove shampoo
- Blow dry (non contact dry technique) then towel dry residue water
- Interior vacuumed
- Interior dusted
- Dash and door cards treated and protected to the finish of your choice
- Any litter removed
- Glass cleaned outside
- Glass cleaned inside
- Carlack 68 long life sealant is applied
- Sealant removed to leave long lasting protection
- Tyres Dressed
- Exterior plastics treated
- Layer of detailing spray applied
- Final inspection to make sure your car meets our high standards
